In the brief of Lisbon Open Room competition, urban riots & protests with urban and financial market related crises are defined as a frame work. The task of the competition is the design of a flexible programmed six hundred square meter structure on a small public square in La Alfama, Lisbon; close to Sao Vincente de Fora and Penteao Nacional. 

Lisbon Open Room yarışması sunuş metni, dünya üstündeki farklı kentsel isyanları, protestoları ve kentsel mekan ve finans piyasası odaklı krizleri bir çerçeve olarak tarif eder. Lizbon’un La Alfama bölgesinde, Sao Vincente de Fora ve Penteao Nacional arasında yer alan küçük bir meydan üzerinde yapılacak, çeşitli esnek kullanımlara hizmet verecek altı yüz metrekarelik bir yapı tasarlanmasını konu alır.
