An office building with shops underneath. The plot, which was next to the riverbank of the city was surrounded by the existing building stock except for that one side facing to the river. The building mass has been elevated from the street level to create an overlooking platform to the riverbank and whole mass has been divided into two blocks. One that faces the river is transparent and consists of open office spaces. The other, that faces to the existing urban fabric is divided by the facade panels which covers the classical one unit rental office rooms next to each other.

Altında dükkanlar olan bir ofis binası. Kentin nehir kıyısında bulunan arazi, nehire bakan tarafı hariç, mevcut bina stoğu tarafından sarılmıştır. Yapı kütlesi, nehir kıyısına yukarıdan bakacak bir platform oluşturmak, dükkanlar ve ofis girişini vurgulamak için sokak seviyesinden yükseltilmiştir ve tüm kütle ikiye bölünmüştür. Nehire bakan taraf şefaftır ve açık ofis alanlarını içerir.  Mevcut kent dokusuna bakan diğeri de ardında klasik tek birim yan yana dizilmiş ofis odalarını kapatan cephe panelleri tarafından parçalanır.
